Download the app from your app store or scan the QR Code above using your phone’s camera.

Select Get Started

Search for our Clinic Name and tap Select.

Complete a once-off registration by entering your details and agreeing to the T&C’s.
You will need to complete details accurately. -
You will receive a Verification Code via SMS, please enter it.

Set a PIN as an extra security measure.
Your phones Biometrics can also be used to open the app.

You are now registered and will see the AMS Connect Home Page each time you open the app, from which you can view and manage existing appointments plus make new appointments for you and your family.
